IndustrialVision is the visual entry point of the "senses" family, alongside IndustrialVoice. It recognizes product defects, assembly states and parts; reads text and layout from drawings, documents and gauges (OCR / layout parsing); and interprets quality anomalies and work scenes (VL models and video behavior understanding). Results are structured into IndustrialMemory and, with IndustrialMind, push past "seeing an anomaly" to "understanding why it happened" — defects are not merely detected but attributed and fed back into design and process. Fully deployable on-premise; images never leave the plant.
Much of the shopfloor's critical information lives as images — defects, assembly states, drawings, paper documents, gauges, inspection frames and work video. Classic machine vision only decides "defect or not" against preset rules and cannot explain why; manual entry is slow and error-prone; and cloud vision raises compliance and connectivity concerns.
